FAISAL CHAUDHARY

Head Of Overseas Operations

Mr Chaudhary is a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and Associate member of Association of Taxation Technician UK. He has over 20 years of experience in dealing with affairs of both UK resident and domiciled individuals, non domiciled resident individuals, Owner managed businesses, sole trader, partnerships and LLP.
With his experience he has managed to put up a team of professionals together who can look after client needs and provide quality service within agreed time frame.
Outside work he is married and father of two lovely girls. He is a keen cricket fan and follows the game whenever it is possible.

NICHOLAS MORREALE-DEVEREAUX

Business Development Director

Nic is a motivated and driven individual with a proven track record of generating new business across different industries. A key strength is also his ability to manage and develop ongoing client relationships.
With masses of experience across many different SME’s he is able to effectively understand a businesses needs and identify solutions and support. He set up, ran and eventually sold a very successful accountancy marketing company, which gave him an expert insight into what accountants and their practices need to enable them to grow and become more profitable.
He is also a highly successful and passionate networker with a huge number of contacts in London and across the UK that adds to his knowledge and experience.
Away from work Nic enjoys to cook, loves his fine wines, playing golf and being a father to his children Poppy-Nicole and Hudson.

FAISAL AYUB

Chief Operating Officer - COO

Mr Ayub holds Masters in Finance, having over 18 years of well diversified experience in various finance functions including financial management, management reporting, budgeting, financial planning, taxation, audit and assurance services.
He has a track record of managing tasks with strict deadlines and effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously. He holds expertise in handling various financial and management reporting software. He is currently heading the management accounting and business process accounting team providing back office support to larger clients with high volume of data and regular reporting needs. In addition he is also looking after the financial accounting compliance for various client and corporation tax compliance.
Outside work he is married with three lovely kids. He is keen follower of current affairs when he is away from work.

ARMAN ARIF

Director

Mr. Arif is an active member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has over 08 years’ diversified experience in dealing with clients from different backgrounds. As a director, he has responsibility to ensure the timely delivery of the services to the clients with the highest standards of work in all areas of firm’s operations.
As a senior member of team, he has developed long term relationships with clients through customer satisfaction and retention. His leadership abilities and management experience helped him secure this prestigious position in no time. He works hard to eliminate the gap between the client’s expectations and employees’ work to meet that demand through effective communications, team building and personnel trainings.
During leisure time, he loves to visit new places as he is fond of travelling.

AWAIS LIAQUAT

Director

A Certified Chartered Accountant, ACCA accredited since 2019, Mr Awais joined Base in May 2015. He has over 6 years of experience working in finance and accountancy. As a Director of Base Practice Support, he is focused on growing the accounting practice, helping client onboarding and the management of the practice.
Awais enjoys building long-term relationship with clients and sharing their journey through growth, challenges and success. He has been working with clients in various business sector such as property, construction, consultancy few to mention providing value added services.
He is lover of coffee and food. When not working he loves to travel to different places to try new variety of food.
